During my stay at Novotel, I found the hotel to offer a great value proposition for families and travelers alike. The family room was comfortable, with a king bed and additional sofa bed, though the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. The staff was exceptional, providing a warm welcome and helpful service throughout my stay. The common areas were modern and offered various entertainment options for guests, including a swimming pool and games area for families.One of the standout features of Novotel was its convenient location just a short drive from the center of Chartres. This allowed us to save on parking fees while still being able to explore the charming city easily. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, although the scrambled eggs were tepid.Novotel provides a decent level of comfort and amenities at a reasonable price point, making it a solid choice for those looking for a good balance of luxury and value during their travels.
